Stop copying data between your tools

We connect the software you already pay for, so routine work runs itself and your team gets hours back.

At a glance

  • A written audit showing where staff hours go each week
  • A ranked list of automations with the hours each should save
  • Working automations built inside your own accounts
  • A diagram of how data moves between your tools

Is this where you are?

Someone spends Monday building the same report

A person on your team pulls numbers from three tools into a spreadsheet every week, and the sheet is out of date by Wednesday.

Leads wait too long for a reply

Enquiries arrive by WhatsApp, web form and email, and some sit for a day because nobody saw them in time.

The same customer lives in four systems

Sales, accounts and support each keep their own records, so details get typed twice and slowly drift apart.

You have heard AI could help, but not where

You want to know which tasks AI can handle well in your business before paying for licences or a build.

What we build

Reporting and dashboards

Numbers from your sales, finance and marketing tools collected on a schedule, so the weekly report is ready before anyone asks for it.

  • Scheduled data pulls from your tools
  • A shared dashboard or Google Sheet
  • A weekly summary by email or WhatsApp

Lead capture and follow-up

Every enquiry from forms, ads, email and WhatsApp lands in one place, gets assigned to a person and receives a reply on time.

  • Routing rules by source, city or product
  • Instant acknowledgement messages
  • Reminders when a lead goes quiet

CRM and data sync

Customer, order and invoice records kept in step across your CRM, accounting software and online store, so nobody types the same details twice.

  • Sync between the systems you name
  • Duplicate checks and clean-up
  • A log of every change made

WhatsApp and customer messages

Order updates, appointment reminders and payment links sent through the WhatsApp Business Platform, using approved message templates and your own business number.

  • Template set-up and approval
  • Triggers from your store or booking system
  • Opt-out handling

Invoices, payments and back office

Invoices raised from orders, payment status pulled from Razorpay or Stripe, and polite reminders sent before dues slip past their date.

  • Invoice data passed to your accounting tool, GST fields included
  • Payment matching against orders
  • Overdue reminders

AI for narrow tasks

AI applied to specific jobs such as sorting incoming email, reading details from documents or drafting replies, tested on a sample of your own data first.

  • A trial on your past records
  • A person approves before anything is sent
  • Running cost per task estimated up front

Internal forms and approvals

Simple request forms and approval steps for expenses, purchases or leave, so requests stop living in chat threads and personal inboxes.

  • Forms your team can fill on a phone
  • Approval steps by role
  • A record of who approved what

Repairs to existing automations

Zaps and scenarios someone set up years ago that nobody now understands, documented and repaired or rebuilt so they stop failing without anyone noticing.

  • An inventory of every running automation
  • Fixes for broken or duplicate flows
  • Alerts when a run fails

How a project runs

  1. Week 1

    Follow the work

We sit with the people doing the repeated tasks, list every tool involved and time how long each job takes today.

  2. Week 2

    Rank the savings

You get the written audit: which tasks to automate first, which to leave alone and which tools to use. Scope, price and timeline are agreed here.

  3. Week 3 onwards

    Build in your accounts

We build on your own tools and show working automations at a Friday demo every week. Changes are agreed before we make them.

  4. Final 1 to 2 weeks

    Run side by side

New automations run alongside the old manual process for a short period, so you can compare results before switching over.

  5. Final week

    Hand over

Your team gets the guide, the alerts and the logins. Support carries on only if you want it.

Ways to work together

Audit only

A two-week audit and a written report that you can act on yourselves or hand to any developer.

Audit and build

The audit followed by a fixed-scope build of the agreed automations, with a Friday demo every week until handover.

Monthly care

Monitoring, fixes and new automations each month, for teams that want ongoing support after handover.

Questions about automation

Do we have to buy new software?

Usually not. Most of the work happens inside tools you already pay for, such as Google Workspace, Zoho, HubSpot or Shopify. Where a connector platform like Make, n8n or Zapier is needed, we explain the monthly cost before you sign up, and the account is opened in your name rather than ours.

Where does AI fit in?

Only where it saves time you can measure. Good uses include sorting incoming email, pulling details out of invoices or forms, and drafting replies that a person approves. We test on a sample of your own past data first and tell you the running cost per task before anything goes live.

What happens when an automation breaks?

Every automation sends an alert to a named person when a run fails, with enough detail to see what went wrong. The guide explains the common fixes. After handover you can fix things yourselves, hire anyone you like to do it, or ask us for monthly support.

Is our customer data safe with you?

Automations run inside your own accounts, with logins held in your name. We ask for the least access each job needs and remove our access at handover unless you keep us on for support. If you handle sensitive data, it can stay on systems you control, for example a self-hosted n8n instance.

Can you automate WhatsApp messages?

Yes, through the WhatsApp Business Platform, which is Meta's official route for business messaging. Order updates, reminders and payment links work well. Meta sets rules on message templates, customer opt-in and per-message charges, and these change from time to time, so we check the current terms for your account during the audit.

How do you decide what to automate first?

We rank tasks by hours saved each month against the effort to build and maintain them. A task that takes ten minutes once a quarter rarely makes the cut. A report that eats half a day every week usually does. The ranking sits in the written audit, and you choose the order.
