A growth plan your team can start Monday

At a glance

  • Customer interview notes and a summary of what buyers said
  • A written customer profile for each main buyer type
  • A one-page positioning statement
  • A messaging guide covering website, pitch deck and sales conversations

Is this where you are?

You are about to launch

The product is nearly ready, but nobody has agreed who the first customers are or what the launch should say to them.

Sales still depend on the founder

Most deals close because you were in the room. The pitch lives in your head and the team cannot repeat it without you.

Money goes out and results are unclear

You pay for ads, events or an agency every month, and nobody can say which channel brings in paying customers.

You are moving into a new market

Going from India to the UAE, or the other way, means new buyers, prices and channels to test before you commit a full budget.

What we build

Customer profile and positioning

We talk to your buyers and your lost deals, look at who else they consider, and decide where you stand against them.

  • Interviews with current and lost customers
  • A review of the competitors buyers compare you with
  • A one-page positioning statement

Messaging for site, deck and sales

The words your team uses everywhere, written once and agreed, so the website, pitch deck and sales calls all say the same thing.

  • Homepage and product page copy outline
  • Pitch deck story and slide order
  • Sales email and WhatsApp message scripts

Channel plan with budgets

A shortlist of the channels most likely to reach your buyers, with a monthly budget and a target for each one.

  • Channel shortlist with the reasons for each
  • Monthly budget split by channel
  • Numbers to watch for each channel

90-day launch plan

The strategy turned into weekly tasks with named owners, so work starts the Monday after handover instead of waiting for another meeting.

  • Week-by-week task list
  • An owner for every task
  • Review points at 30, 60 and 90 days

Pricing and packaging review

A look at how you charge, what each plan contains and how that compares with the options your buyers already know.

  • Plan and tier structure
  • Price comparison with named competitors
  • Rules for discounts and free trials

Entering a new country

For a business moving into a new country: who buys there, how they pay, which channels work and what a small first test looks like.

  • Buyer and competitor scan for the new market
  • Local channels and payment options, such as UPI in India
  • A pilot plan with a test budget

Sales process set-up

Clear stages for every lead, follow-up rules your team can stick to and a weekly view of the pipeline in the CRM you already use.

  • Lead stages set up in your CRM
  • Follow-up rules and message templates
  • A weekly pipeline report

How a project runs

  1. Week 1

    Talk to buyers

We interview a handful of your customers, prospects and lost deals, and read what competitors say on their sites and in their sales material.

  2. Week 2

    Choose the position

We agree with you who the main buyer is, what problem you solve for them and why they should pick you over the alternatives.

  3. Weeks 2 to 3

    Write the messages

We write the core messages and test them in your Friday demo against real buyer quotes, then adjust before anything goes into the site or deck.

  4. Weeks 3 to 4

    Plan the channels

We pick the channels, split the budget and set a target for each, based on where your buyers already spend time and how they buy.

  5. Weeks 4 to 5

    Hand over the plan

We turn everything into a 90-day plan with owners and dates, walk your team through it and leave every document with you.

Ways to work together

Fixed-scope strategy project

A written scope with price and timeline agreed before we start, a Friday demo every week and a 90-day plan at the end.

Monthly launch support, if you want it

After handover we can join a monthly review, check the numbers against the plan and help your team adjust what is not working.

Questions about strategy and go-to-market

What do we have at the end?

A set of documents your team can use straight away: customer profiles, a positioning statement, a messaging guide, sales scripts, a channel plan with budgets and a 90-day plan with owners and dates. We also record the handover session, so anyone who joins later can catch up without a meeting. Everything is yours to keep and edit.

How much of our time does it take?

Expect about an hour from the founder in the first week to brief us, then 30 to 60 minutes for the Friday demo each week. We also need introductions to five to ten customers or prospects for interviews. The rest of the work is ours. If a decision is needed between demos, we send it in writing and wait for your answer.

We are pre-launch with no customers. Can you still help?

Yes, as long as we can speak to people who match your intended buyer. That might be prospects from your network, people on a waitlist, or buyers of a competing product. We will be open about which parts of the plan rest on interviews and which rest on assumptions you should test in the first 90 days.

Do you run the plan as well?

The plan is written so your own team can run it. If you would like help, our marketing service runs paid ads, search and email month to month, and our websites service can build the pages the plan calls for. Neither is required. Many clients take the plan and run it themselves.

How much does a strategy project cost?

We do not publish prices, because the work depends on how many buyer types and markets are involved. After a free 30-minute call we send a written scope with a fixed price and timeline. Nothing starts until you agree it, and any change to the scope is agreed in writing before we do the work.

Can you plan for more than one country at once?

Yes. Buyers, prices, payment habits and channels differ between the two, so we treat each market as its own buyer profile and channel plan, then show where the messaging can be shared. Covering both markets usually sits at the longer end of the 3 to 5 week range.
